Price lock
Price certainty for 12 months: your per-credit price stays where it is today.
Price lock
12-month lock- A 12-month per-credit price lock, bought at today’s per-credit price plus 20%.
- It belongs to one payer address and cannot be transferred.
- Credits still expire on the usual schedule, and the price on a decision already in progress holds.
The math: the lock adds 20% at purchase, and the ladder adds 25% a rung. The lock pays off only if 1 or more price turns happen within 12 months.
A price turn is not promised. If no turn happens within 12 months, the lock costs 20% more than buying at the current price. A price lock is price certainty for 12 months.
